Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 26, 2026

Fractal Computers and Communications 2002 Ltd ("Fractal" or "we") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and its Amendment 13.

1. Information Collection and Purpose

Using this website does not require registration. However, when filling out the "Contact Us" form, we will ask you to provide basic identifying details (name, email, phone, and inquiry details).

You are under no legal obligation to provide this information; it is provided entirely of your own free will and consent. The information is collected solely for the purpose of contacting you, answering your questions, evaluating the suitability of our services to your needs, and managing your inquiry.

2. Cross-Border Data Transfer and Third Parties

We commit not to sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, our technical infrastructure relies on leading cloud providers (such as Cloudflare servers and Microsoft Office 365). Therefore, the information you provide may be transferred and/or stored on servers outside the borders of the State of Israel, subject to the provisions of the law and strict security measures attached to these service providers' agreements.

3. Cookies & Tracking Mechanisms

Our website is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach. Should we decide to use third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixels) to analyze browsing data, these systems are blocked by default and will not operate without your active consent (Opt-In) via the cookie consent banner. You always retain the right to decline or withdraw this consent.

4. Information Security & Data Retention (SLA)

We implement advanced technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. In accordance with the data minimization principle which requires deleting information that is no longer needed, "Contact Us" inquiries from the website are routed directly to the company email. If they have not matured into active business engagements, a system rule automatically and permanently deletes them within 60 days. You may demand an immediate manual deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") earlier, and it will be processed within 30 days as required by law.

5. Your Rights (Review, Correction, and Deletion)

Under the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, you are entitled to:

  • Review your personal information stored with us.
  • Demand its correction if it is inaccurate or outdated.
  • Demand its deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") at any time if it is no longer required for legitimate purposes.

6. Contact Us

For any request to exercise your rights (including deletion requests), you can contact us directly by email: Office@fractal.co.il. We will handle your request within the timeframe stipulated by law.
